Arrival Time
The normal arrival time for preorder items is within 2-4 weeks of working days.
Ready stock items will be shipped out within 1-3 working days
Cancellation and Refunds
Ordered items are considered sold.
In case of cancellation, deposits are non-refundable and non-exchangeable. If an item is out of stock, a refund can be given, but the TAG engrave cannot be refunded (for Coach only).
Reseller Services
Bagslegion does not provide reseller services. Please purchase items only from this website and through our authorized agents.
Factory Stocks
Bagslegion sells factory stocks, not outlet or boutique items. Some products may come with minor defects. Please clarify beforehand if you have any questions. If you are a very fussy buyer we recommended to purchase directly at the brand own retail store.
Return & Refund
While Bagslegion strives to provide the best quality and performs quality checks before shipping, no receipts, warranties, or refunds are provided for any purchases made with Bagslegion.
Minor Defects
Minor dents or wrinkles are considered normal and not defects. You have three (3) days to check your item upon receipt, and any major defects must be reported during this time. After three days, complaints regarding defects will not be entertained. Please note that you are purchasing items below market value and not at the higher prices found in boutiques.
Customs
All pre-orders are subject to international shipment and customs clearance. Estimated time of arrival (ETA) is provided, but delays can occur. It is advised not to place an order if you cannot wait. If your item is held by customs for routine checks, the arrival will be delayed, and a refund will be provided only after 3 months from the date of customs detention if the item is still unreleased. Please understand that this is a rare risk associated with pre-ordering items.
Refund
All refunds, if necessary, will have postage costs deducted.
